Anderson Fitness Warehouse has been wholesaling to retail specialty fitness
stores in central INDIANA since 1993. If you want to save about 50% off the

advertising, and freight. At Anderson Fitness Warehouse, we only make an
average of a 10% mark up on our fitness equipment. How can we do this?
The answer is, we own our building and warehouses. Since most fitness
equipment sales occur in the winter, we limit our Spring, Summer, and Fall
hours so to reduce our utilities and employee expenses. Our philosophy is
word of mouth is the best advertising. Over the years, we have developed an
amazing following of loyal customers. We take care of our customers. We
only spend a few hundred dollars per year on advertising. We are constantly
searching for the best manufacturer deals on fitness and when we find them,
we order by the truckload to save on freight cost. For products that we
purchased by the truckload, we wholesale to other retail fitness stores. Now
you have to ask yourself, why don’t the stores we sell to, buy directly from the
manufacturer? The answer is freight cost. Let my give you an example: I
bought a truckload of 100 elliptical from Icon Health & Fitness in Utah and the
freight was $2,000.00. Had I only bought three units, the freight would have
been $240.00. By buying by the truckload of 100 units, I saved $60.00 per
unit cost on freight. Then I was able to wholesale them to other stores in
Indiana. Add it all up and this is how we can sell quality fitness equipment at
